Basic Sauce Mix

2 c. powdered milk
3/4 c. cornstarch
1/4 c. chicken bouillon
2 T. dried onion
2 t. Italian seasoning

To Substitute for 1 can of soup, use 1/3 c. of the mix and 1 1/4 c. cold water.  Cook and stir until thickened.  Works great as a substitute for 'cream' soups and is much cheaper.

This recipe came from a family friend.
