Spiced Pumpkin Bars

2 c. flour
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 T. baking powder
2 t. cinnamon
1 t. baking soda
1/2 t. salt
1/2 t. ginger
1/4 t. nutmeg
1/4 t. ground cloves
4 eggs
1 3/4 canned or cooked pumpkin  ( or winter squash)
1 c. unsweetened applesauce
raisins
powdered sugar

Combine dry ingredients.  In another bowl combine eggs, pumpkin and applesauce.  Mix well.  Stir into dry ingredients.  Spread into well-greased 15 x 10 inch baking pan.  Bake at 350ºF. for 20-25 minutes.  When cool, dust with powdered sugar.
