Turkey Dressing

1 c. diced celery
1 c. diced onion
1/4 c. margarine
1 loaf dried bread
5-6 eggs
1/4 t. nutmeg
1/2 t. sage
salt
pepper

Sauté celery and onions in margarine.  Let cool.  Soak dried bread in water, squeeze dry.  Add celery mixture to bread and mix together.  Add other ingredients to bread mixture and mix well.  Stuff into or around turkey and bake.
