Vegetable Casserole

1 large bag frozen mixed vegetables
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. sour cream
1 package stuffing mix
grated cheddar cheese

Combine vegetables, soup and sour cream.  Transfer to a 9 x 13 casserole pan.  Top with cheese.  Prepare stuffing according to package directions. Pat on top of vegetables.  Bake at 350ºF. for about 45 minutes.
