Tuna Fish Gravy on Toast

1 quart of milk
3 T. flour
salt
1 can of tuna
bread

Heat milk in pan along with the liquid from the tuna.  While it is heating, make thickening with flour and some of the milk.  Add thickening to the pan and cook until mixture thickens.  Add tuna and salt to taste.  Serve over toast.

~Tuna on toast was a handy quick meal for any time of day. We have eaten it for breakfast, lunch or supper.
