Swiss Steak

Round steak
1 can mushrooms
vegetable oil
flour onions

Cut round steak into serving sized pieces.  Tenderize each piece by pounding with a meat hammer.  Then dip in flour and brown in oil in pressure cooker. Add a bit of water, onions and a can of mushrooms.  Pressure cook for about 10 minutes.  Make gravy out of liquid in pan and serve with mashed potatoes.

Round Steak
2 cans tomato sauce
green pepper
sliced onion
vegetable oil

Cut steak into serving sized pieces or in strips and tenderize with meat hammer.  Brown in vegetable oil and then add tomato sauce, strips of green pepper, onion slices and some water.  Pressure cook for about 10 minutes, or cook until tender in a slow cooker.   Serve over noodles or rice.
