Best White Bread

1/4 c. warm water
3 t. yeast
1 1/2 t. sugar
Combine and let sit.

Combine in another large bowl:
3 c. hot water
3/4 c. sugar
1/3 c. oil
4 eggs
3 t. salt
8-10 c. flour

Add flour one cup at a time.  Add yeast mixture after about 3 c.  Knead until smooth and elastic.  Let rise until double.  Punch down and shape into 4 loaves.  Place in greased and floured loaf pans.  Let rise until double.  Bake at 350ºF for about 30 minutes.
