Creamy White Chili

1 lb. cubed chicken
1 onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 cans great northern beans
2 c. chicken broth
2 cans mild green chilis
1 t. salt
1 t. cumin
1 t. oregano
1/4 t. cayenne pepper
1 c. sour cream

Sauté chicken, onion and garlic.  Add remaining ingredients except sour cream.  Simmer about 30 minutes.  Remove from heat and stir in sour cream.

  1. I added a can of hominy, lime juice, and coriander. It was superior.
