Baked Halibut

1 slice onion
1 halibut fillet
1 sliced green pepper
1/4 t. dill weed
lemon pepper Mrs. Dash
1 can mushrooms
1 can tomato sauce
chopped parsley
2 T. lemon juice

Spray baking pan with oil.  Arrange sliced onion on pan, then fish, then other ingredients.  Bake at 350ºF for 25-30 minutes.

~Halibut sometimes grew quite large in the cold Alaskan waters.  It was always nice to have several good recipes to make use of it all.
