Freezer Cole Slaw

1 medium head of cabbage
1 carrot (or more)
1 green pepper
1 t. salt

Grate finely and mix in the dressing below.

Dressing:
1/2 c. vinegar
1/2 t. celery seed or celery salt
1/2 t. mustard (dry or seed)
1 c. sugar
1/8 c. water

Place in freezer bags and freeze.  Will keep in freezer for 8-12 months. It can be mixed with a little mayonnaise before serving if desired.
