Cheese Broccoli Soup

4 c. diced potatoes
2 c. sliced carrots
4 c. water
3 chicken bouillon cubes
1/2 c. celery
1/2 c. onions

Simmer 20 minutes.  Then add:

16 oz. frozen broccoli

Simmer 7 more minutes.

Add: 
1 c. milk
1 lb. cheese, cubed

Heat through until cheese is thoroughly melted.
