Broccoli Cheese Soup

Broccoli stems and pieces or frozen chopped broccoli
onion
milk
flour
cheese
salt 
pepper

Dice the broccoli stems and pieces and cook with chopped onion in a small amount of water.  When done add milk and thicken with flour.  Add grated cheese, salt and pepper to taste.
