Chinese Rice

1 1/2 lbs. hamburger
1 onion, chopped
1 c. chopped celery
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 c. rice
2 c. cold water
2 T. soy sauce
1 t. salt

Brown meat and onion.  Add all other ingredients except the celery and simmer until the rice is done.  Add the chopped celery about 5 minutes before it is done so it is still slightly crunchy.
