Blueberry Dessert

Graham Cracker Crust:

1 c. crushed graham crackers
3 T. powdered sugar
1/4 c. melted margarine

Filling:

Put some blueberries in a little water and boil.  Add sugar to taste and 1 t. lemon juice.  Add sufficient tapioca and/or cornstarch to thicken.  (Canned blueberry pie filling also works.)

Topping:

4 oz. or 8 oz. cream cheese, softened and creamed
1/2 c. milk
1 t. vanilla
1 pkg Dream Whip
Mix together.

~Blueberry Dessert was one of my brother Mark's great favorites.  Later, when I lived in Alaska, we picked blueberries from the bogs each year.  They were so much more flavorful than the domesticated blueberries.  It was fun to step across the spongy bogs to get to the blueberry bushes.  We made lots of noise to scare any bears away.
