Caramel Corn

2/3 c. unpopped popcorn, popped
1 c. packed brown sugar
1/4 c. corn syrup
1/2 cup margarine (1 stick)
1/2 t. salt
1/2 t. baking soda

Put popped corn in a large brown grocery sack.  (I use two sacks, one inside the other.)  Microwave the next 4 ingredients on high until boiling.  Boil for 3 minutes.  Add baking soda; stir.  Add cooked mixture to popped corn.  Stir.  Microwave 3 minutes, stirring after each minute.  (I put a short wooden spoon in and leave it in, to stir each minute).
