1 chopped onion
3 T. margarine
1 c. cream of mushroom soup
1 1/2 c. cooked rice
1 package chopped broccoli
1 small jar Cheese Whiz
Sauté onion in margarine. Add soup, rice and broccoli and simmer 15 min. Stir in Cheese Whiz and put mixture in baking pan. Bake at 375ºF for 20 minutes or until lightly browned.
