Pancake Syrup

2 c. sugar
1 c. water
1 heaping t. Postum
1 t. vanilla

Dissolve Postum in hot water before adding sugar.  Bring to a boil.

~For years we didn't know people ate maple syrup on pancakes or even purchased pancake syrup.  We thought it was always made with Postum!
