90 Minute Whole Wheat Bread

2 T. dry yeast
1 c. warm water
1/3 c. oil
1/3 c. honey
1 T. salt
3 c. warm water
1 c. powdered milk
8 c. whole wheat flour

Add yeast to warm water and let stand 5 minutes to soften.  In another bowl, mix oil, honey, salt, water and milk.  Add flour and stir well.  Grease three 46 oz. tall juice cans with one end removed.  Divide batter evenly into cans.  Place cans in oven standing up.  Turn oven to 350ºF. for 50 minutes.  Remove from oven and let cool in cans 10 minutes before turning out on rack to cool.
