Apple Crisp

1 can apple pie filling

Topping:
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. rolled oats
1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. soft butter or margarine
3/4 t. cinnamon
3/4 t. nutmeg

Mix topping ingredients together and sprinkle over the fruit filling.  Bake at 375ºF for 35 minutes.
