Porcupine Meatballs

1 1/2 lbs. hamburger
1 c. uncooked rice
1 c. milk
salt
pepper
1 onion, chopped
2 cans tomato soup
1 soup cans water

Mix everything except the soup and water and form into balls.  Mix soup with 2 cans of water and pour over meatballs.  Bake at 350ºF for 2 hours.
